Rehoboth Beach Wedding
The City of Rehoboth Beach has certain steps locals and tourists alike need to follow before performing the best Delaware beach wedding. They will work to ensure that your desired location on the shoreline is suitable and without interruption. See their list of steps below:
- Once you have a wedding date in mind, contact City Hall at 302-227-6181 or send an email to check date availability
- Fill out a Beach Wedding Permit Application, and return it to City Hall for processing
- Obtain a wedding license (good for 30 days only) from the Sussex County Clerk of Peace
Once you have City Hall’s approval, you can swap nuptials with your forever love as the sun sets on the vast Atlantic Ocean. While your beautiful wedding ceremony takes place, the Boardwalk Plaza staff will be busy creating a wonderful setting with an oceanfront view to make your guests feel appreciated.

We offer three private banquet halls that can be booked prior to your wedding celebrations: Kent Hall, Sussex Hall, and the Plaza Cottage.
